Wembley Stadium is now working with Nimbus Disability, using their Access Card technology to improve our ticketing process and enhance stadium access for guests with accessibility requirements. All accessible tickets are available only through the Wembley Stadium Disability Access Ticketing Line, unless otherwise stated on the individual event page.
If you have access requirements, please make sure you purchase your tickets directly from Wembley Stadium. Tickets bought from other ticketing agencies may not be supported, and we may be unable to assist you.
If you already hold a valid Nimbus Access Card
If you already hold a valid Access Card, you will need to register your Wembley Stadium account using your current Nimbus Access Card. You can do this here:
Once this stage has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not hold a valid Nimbus Access Card
If you do not already have a Nimbus Access Card, you can apply for a free Wembley Digital Access Pass.
Apply for an Access Card or Wembley DAP
We recommend completing your registration at least 48 hours before ticket on-sale dates to avoid any delays.
Application confirmation
After submitting your new Access Card or Wembley DAP application, you will receive a confirmation email from Nimbus. This will include a reference number, please note this is not your Digital Access Pass. Your Digital Access Pass will take roughly 48 hours to process.
Access Card / DAP activation
Once your application has been processed and approved, you will receive your Access Card ID or Wembley DAP ID.
Link your card to your Wembley account
When you have your ID, you must link it to your Wembley Stadium ticketing account. Please make sure you use the same name and email address as shown on your Access Card/DAP.
Once your Wembley Stadium Access Card or Wembley DAP has been processed and activated by Nimbus, and tickets are on sale, please call us on:
0800 093 0824
Our Customer Engagement Team will check ticket availability, assist with your booking, and use the details linked to your card to recommend the most suitable seating based on your access requirements.
Please refer to the relevant event sales page for details on presale and general sale dates, as well as ticket limits.
Alternatively, you can contact us via https://wembley.signvideo.net. You can find out more about our SignVideo and BSL service here: Services for the hard of hearing or deaf.
Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm (hours may vary on event days). If a concert or match goes on sale or presale earlier than 10am, our lines will open from that earlier time.
Please note: Tickets are subject to availability. Registering your Access Card or Wembley DAP before event on-sales does not guarantee accessible tickets and is only used to collect supporting documentation. Digital Access Passes issued for other venues or ticketing providers cannot be used for accessible ticket bookings at Wembley Stadium.
