Disabled Access Shuttle

Wembley Stadium connected by EE operates a complimentary shuttle service from Wembley Park Station to Wembley Stadium. The operating hours for the shuttle will vary from event to event, however, generally the shuttle will operate from 30 minutes pre gates opening to 1 hour post final whistle or the event finishing. The shuttle runs on a rotational basis approximately every 30 minutes from outside Wembley Park tube station directly to the junction of Rutherford and Engineers way without stopping and can fit up to 10 people. The shuttle is wheelchair accessible. If guests require additional support from the drop-off point, the Customer Engagement Team operate a 'pushing and chaperone' service for guests who require additional support on the day in terms of travel to and from their seat, similar to an airport. This service is not pre-bookable and can be accessed across all events at the stadium.

The meeting point for the shuttle from Wembley Park Station is by the entry of the lift at Wembley Park tube station, adjacent to Olympic Way. The Customer Engagement Team will be on hand at the drop-off point to offer directions or any additional support required. At the end of the event, the shuttle bus collection point will be at the junction of Rutherford Way and Engineers Way and will drop off at Wembley Park Station.

Please note, the shuttle is operated by Brent Community Transport and whilst we advise on operational times any decisions on timings are ultimately made by them.
