COVID-19 GUIDANCE

As guidance, the Community Shield will not be a test event or trial of Covid passes.

We will however have COVID protocols in place for the event and COVID certification will be a condition of entry for all ticket holders aged 18 or over (via either the NHS app or proof of a negative LFT taken within 48hrs of doors opening). A mixture of spot checks and compulsory checks will be in operation. These protocols exceed current government requirements and have been agreed with Brent Council and the local director of public health.

Ticket holders are not to attend the match if they are self-isolating, have tested positive or are contacted by NHS Test and Trace. Ticket refunds will be available up to and including match day. A staggered ingress will be in place, with specified entry times for ticket holders.

For ticket holders based elsewhere in the UK:

Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT), reported and demonstrated via a text message or email from NHS Test and Trace. This can be on your device or a printout. The test needs to be taken within 48 hours of the time stadium gates open (meaning three hours before match kick-off).

Wales / Scotland only: Or proof of full vaccination - both doses received at least 14 days prior to the match. It must be demonstrated via the Scottish or Welsh vaccination record services.

Tickets for this fixture will be sold via the two competing clubs directly.
