There is a strict limit of 8 tickets per person during the first two sale windows and a credit card may only be used once for public sale bookings. Any subsequent bookings made with the same credit card will be subject to cancellation without notification.
Group Bookings can be made in the general public sale window after Friday 11th November 12:00.

Ticket Dispatch - Please note that ticket dispatch, for both physical and print at home tickets, takes place in the week leading up to the event. Please wait until 48 hours before you event start to contact us if you have not received your tickets. In the event that you do not receive your tickets, the lead booker can request they are reprinted by coming to the Ticket Office on event day with some valid Photo ID.

IMPORTANT: If you have previously purchased tickets with us and already have a customer number, you do not need to send in proof of disability again. If you cannot remember your customer number, we can look it up when you call.
