Parking

How do I book accessible parking?    

Parking will be available to book from the following times:


Lionesses - 9am on Friday 24th May.

Mens - 9am on Tuesday 28th May.


Please call 0191 201 8666 to make a booking. Spaces are limited and available on a first come first served basis and are free of charge. Bookings cannot be made via email. This car park is situated directly behind the north stand and is accessed via the entrance from Barrack Road.


How do I book general parking?    

There is no general parking at the ground on a match day, the stadium is based in the city centre so there are several car parks located close to the ground.


Facilities    

Where are the accessible toilets located?    

There are plenty of accessible toilets dotted around the whole stadium on all levels and they are all accessible by RADAR key.


Where are the Changing Places accessible toilets located?     

The stadium has two Changing Places toilets. One is located on the ground floor in the East Stand and the other is located on Level 7 in the Milburn stand.


Does the stadium offer an audio commentary service?    

Yes, the stadium has plenty of audio commentary headsets. Please ask any steward inside the stadium who will bring one to you free of charge.


How do I gain access to the Sensory Room?    

Please email unitedasone@nufc.co.uk in order to register your interest in the sensory room. Please note that places are limited. A ballot will be run if requests are oversubscribed. The deadline to apply for a space in the sensory room is at midday on 7th  March.


Where is the Sensory Room located?    

The Sensory Room is located in the Leazes Stand on level 6.


Is there a quiet room I can access during the game?    

Yes. This is located next to the sensory room but does not offer a view of the pitch. Please speak to a nearby steward to request access to the quiet room.


Can I store my wheelchair at the stadium?    

Unfortunately the stadium does not have spaces for visitors to store their wheelchairs.


Does the stadium have a lift?    

The stadium has multiple lifts dotted around the stadium.


Does the stadium have hand rails in the seating areas?    

Yes, on the upper levels only.


Can I bring my assistance dog?    

If you intend to bring an assistance dog to the match please send an email to unitedasone@nufc.co.uk so that the team can prepare for your visit.


Bag policy    

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?    

Bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper may not be permitted and will be at stewards’ discretion.


Can I request a bag exemption certificate / access pass for medical reasons?    

If you need to bring a larger bag into the stadium for medical reasons you can request an 'access pass' by emailing unitedasone@nufc.co.uk. Please bring this pass with you on match day in order to show the stewards when you enter the stadium.

    

Ticketing    

Where are the wheelchair access tickets located in the stadium?    

Wheelchair platforms are available in all stands. The stadium has both elevated and pitch view locations but we recommend avoiding Level 7 if you have a fear of heights. 


Where are the ambulant / easy access tickets located?    

Easy access seating is dotted around the stadium with minimal amount of steps and quick access to the concourse if needed.


Where is the ticket office?    

The ticket office is located in the Milburn (West) Stand and is fully accessible on ground level.
