Please note, due to anticipated high demand for tickets for this fixture, supporters are advised to join My England Football ahead of the priority access window for members. 


Villa Park does not allow children under 2 to enter the stadium.

Parking

How do I book accessible parking?    

Due to ground works at Villa Park post season , we are unable to confirm the numbers of available accessible parking spaces, we will update this page when we have further news.

Facilities

Where are the accessible toilets located?    

Accessible toilets are located near the seating areas for disabled fans, they are operated by RADAR Keys.

Stewards may carry keys, but it is recommended that supporters requiring access to these facilities, should also carry their own keys.

 

Where are the Changing Places accessible toilets located?     

The Changing Places is located within the Trinity Lower Stand. If you require to use the Changing Places,  please let a steward know so that you can be escorted to use this facility.

Does the stadium offer an audio commentary service?    

To support fans who might be blind or partially sighted an audio commentary service is available. It is preferable to pre book in advance via accessibility@avfc.co.uk. You can collect your equipment to utilise this service at the Ticket Office based in the North Stand.


Is there a  Sensory Room at the stadium?    

There is currently no access to a sensory room for this fixture at present due to internal works at Villa Park over the summer. Further information will be available in due course.


Can I store my wheelchair at the stadium?    

Please note that there is space to store a personal wheelchair in the stadium if you are located in either the Trinity Road or Dog Ellis stand by prior arrangment via accessibility@avfc.co.uk.

Can I bring my assistance dog?    

Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are permitted within the Stadium Bowl; however, we recommend that visitors with Guide Dogs/Assistance Dogs contact the team,  at Aston Villa via accessibility@avfc.co.uk, before attending the match so that they can discuss access to the Ground and the welfare of the Guide Dog/Assistance Dog before, during and after the event.

Match Day Support

There is a Fan Support Team at the stadium to support spectators prior to kick off and are on hand to help with any match day support.


Bag policy

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?    

Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size, large or small, will not be allowed into the stadium. Small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted and only one bag per person is allowed. If you require a medical exemption form to bring in an oversized bag, food due to dietary requirements or medication please contact Villa Park's team via accessibility@avfc.co.uk.
