Nimbus Access Card & Wembley Digital Access Pass: Step-by-Step Guide

All accessible tickets are available exclusively through the Wembley Stadium Disability Access Ticketing Line, unless otherwise stated on the individual event page. If you have access requirements, please ensure you purchase your tickets directly from Wembley Stadium.

Tickets purchased through other ticketing agencies may not be supported, and we may be unable to assist with adjustments or additions to those bookings.

We are unable to:

  • Transfer general admission tickets to accessible seating areas
  • Add essential companion tickets to existing bookings made through other ticketing providers

Our Customer Engagement Team accommodates all pre-sales for accessible tickets. To help reduce waiting times, we kindly ask that only one call is made per group.

How to purchase accessible tickets

If you wish to purchase accessible tickets and/or require a personal assistant, please follow the process below. We work with Nimbus to process supporting documentation, and registration with Nimbus is required to purchase accessible tickets.

If you already hold a valid Nimbus Access Card:

  • The call handler will simply take your Access Card ID at the time of purchase.
  • You may register it with Wembley Stadium if you wish, however this is not required.

If you do not hold an Access Card:

  • You can apply for a Wembley Digital Access Pass (DAP) or a Nimbus Access Card.

Alternatively, if you require BSL, you can contact us via SignVideo. You can find out more about our SignVideo service for guests who are hard of hearing or deaf here.

Important information

  • Tickets are subject to availability.
  • If a concert or match goes on sale or presale before 10:00 AM, our lines will open from that earlier time.
  • Digital Access Passes issued for other venues or ticketing providers cannot be used for accessible ticket bookings at Wembley Stadium.
  • Please note, after submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email from Nimbus with a reference number. This is not your Digital Access Pass. Processing typically takes around 48 hours.
  • Registering your Access Card or Wembley DAP before event on-sales does not guarantee accessible tickets and is only used to collect supporting documentation.
  • If your Wembley Digital Access Pass or Access Card registration is still being processed by Nimbus, we can place tickets on hold for you during the sales period.
