Both East and West Ticket Offices are located on our Mezzanine Level (also known as B1 Level).
To reach this area from Wembley Park Tube, head down Olympic Way until you reach the Olympic Steps. Cross the landing at the top of the steps and through the gates. The East Ticket Office will be on the left, and the West Ticket Office on the right.
Please note: The Ticket Offices are open only on event days, and operating hours will vary depending on the event. For most events, the offices close shortly after kick-off or the event start time. We recommend checking the website for up-to-date information.
Lift access is available to the Ticket Offices. Stewards and Customer Engagement Team members, wearing blue t-shirts and/or jackets with “Help to Help” in yellow on the back, will be happy to direct you as needed.
