If you purchased tickets for an England game, or via the Wembley Disability Access ticketing line for another event, your tickets cannot be accessed through your online account. Instead, they will be sent directly to the email address used at the time of booking during the week of the event.
As long as you have your order confirmation, you have everything you need to attend the match. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) around the week of the event so you don’t miss your tickets.
