Where are the accessible toilets?
Accessible toilets are located throughout Wembley Stadium and are operated by RADAR key, with facilities available within 50 metres of all accessible seating areas.
I have accessibility requirements. Do I need to queue?
Wembley Stadium has an accessible pass gate at every turnstile to support guests who require a wider or more accessible entrance.
Please use the turnstile printed on your ticket and speak to a steward on arrival if you need to use the accessible pass gate. They will direct you through the appropriate entrance and provide assistance where required.
The accessible pass gate is designed to make entry easier and more comfortable; however, it does not provide priority entry or allow guests to bypass queues or security screening. All guests are required to complete security checks before entering the stadium.
How do I apply for a Medical Exemption Certificate?
If you need to bring an item into Wembley Stadium that would not normally be permitted due to a medical condition, you can request a Medical Exemption Certificate before your event.
If your application is approved, you will receive a Medical Exemption Certificate by email. Please bring a copy with you (printed or on your mobile device) and present it to staff when you arrive at the stadium.
Please note that a Medical Exemption Certificate only covers the approved medical item(s) listed on the certificate and does not provide priority entry.
