How do I join England+?
England+ membership can be purchased through the Official England App - Submit a ticket : England Fan Support Hub
You will need to download the app, sign in using your England account and follow the steps to join England+.

How much does England+ cost?
England+ membership costs £20 per year.
Your membership is a subscription and will renew in accordance with the subscription terms unless cancelled.

I already have an England account, do I need a new one?
No. If you already have an England account/FAN ID, you should use your existing details when signing into the Official England App.
You should not create a new account simply to purchase England+.

Where can I find my England+ membership?
Your England+ membership can be accessed through the Official England App.
Please ensure you are signed into the same account/FAN ID that was used when purchasing the membership.

Can I share my England+ membership?
England+ memberships are linked to the individual member's England account/FAN ID and should not be shared between accounts.
However, England+ members can purchase additional match tickets for friends and family within the permitted ticket limit for the relevant fixture.
Important: The additional supporters do not necessarily need their own England+ membership to be included within the member's permitted ticket allocation.
Does my child need England+?
A separate England+ membership is not required simply for a child to attend an England home match.
An England+ member can purchase tickets for children as part of their permitted ticket allocation, subject to the ticketing conditions and age restrictions for the relevant fixture.

How do I cancel or manage my England+ subscription?
England+ subscriptions are managed through the platform used to purchase the membership.

Cancelling your subscription prevents the membership from renewing. Where applicable, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current subscription period.
Can I get a refund for England+?
England+ membership and ticket purchases are separate.
Purchasing England+ does not guarantee that tickets will be available for a particular fixture. A fixture selling out does not automatically mean that an England+ membership is eligible for a refund.
