When will my Tickets be sent to me?

Tickets are typically sent out 1 week prior to an event taking place.

The ticketing team at the stadium send our event tickets out no sooner than 10 days in advance.  If your event is more than 10 days away, please be patient.

If we are more than 3 days prior to the event, and you are expecting physical tickets in the post, please be patient.  Your tickets should be with you soon.  If you do not have them less than 72 hours before the event, please contact us via our Help Centre.  We can arrange for electronic replacements to be emailed to you.

If we are fewer than 3 days prior to the event and you are expecting electronic tickets, it is possible that these have been delivered but are in your Junk / Spam folder.  The email you will receive will be from tickets@wembleystadium.com so please check your Junk folder.

Hotmail / Outlook.com users can click here to find help on how to access their junk folder and add tickets@wembleystadium.com to their safe senders list in Microsoft’s support portal.

Gmail users can click here to find help on searching for emails, including in the spam folder in Google’s support portal.

Yahoo.com also can click here to find help, to find email in their spam folder.

For any other email providers, including work addresses, please contact your email provider’s support resource for assistance.

If you have checked your spam / junk and are still not in receipt of tickets, please respond to this message and be sure to reference your order number.

Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email.

Please note, tickets will be distributed by the agent in which you purchased your tickets.  Wembley Stadium connected by EE is only responsible for distributing tickets which have been purchased directly by us.  The majority of tickets are purchased directly through third party agents (Ticketmaster, Live Nation etc)  or directly through football clubs and teams. If you are unsure of where you purchased your tickets please refer to your original booking email.

If you purchased your tickets directly from The FA website please get in touch with us via email if you have still not received your tickets 2 days prior to the match. Please make sure you provide your order number.
