All accessible tickets are available only through the Wembley Stadium Disability Access Ticketing Line, unless otherwise stated on the individual event page. If you have access requirements, please make sure you purchase your tickets directly from Wembley Stadium. Tickets bought from other ticketing agencies may not be supported, and we may be unable to assist you.
If you wish to purchase accessible tickets and/or require a personal assistant for an upcoming event at Wembley Stadium, please follow the process outlined below.
We are pleased to announce that we are now working with Nimbus Disability, using their Access Card technology to help improve our ticketing process and enhance stadium access for guests with accessibility requirements. You can either use your current Nimbus Access Card or apply for our FREE Wembley Digital Access Pass (DAP). There's no need to repeatedly explain your access requirements or submit supporting documents for every booking. Once registered, your Access Card or Wembley DAP securely stores your needs, allowing our team to assist you more efficiently.
You will only need to provide your supporting information once during the application process. This means you will not need to carry documentation or discuss your access requirements when booking, creating a more private and respectful experience.

Please note: Tickets are subject to availability. Registering your Access Card or Wembley DAP before event on-sales does not guarantee accessible tickets and is only used to collect supporting documentation. Digital Access Passes issued for other venues or ticketing providers cannot be used for accessible ticket bookings at Wembley Stadium.
