Parking
How do I book accessible parking?
All parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis, and it will be necessary for you to contact us ahead of the game by emailing [email protected].
The East/Brian Clough Car Park can be accessed from Scarrington Road, West Bridgford, NG2 5FA. You can use this link for the Google Maps locations of the car park here.
How do I book general parking?
Due to limited parking availability at The City Ground, parking is unavailable to non-disabled general admission ticket buyers.
Facilities
Where are the accessible toilets located?
Accessible toilets are located near the seating areas for disabled fans.
There are 5 accessible toilets within the seated bowl and 3 others in corporate areas that can be accessed by disabled supporters on a matchday. Accessible toilets are operated by RADAR Keys.
Stewards may carry keys, but it is recommended that supporters requiring access to these facilities, should also carry their own keys.
Where are the Changing Places accessible toilets located?
There is no Changing Places facility located inside the stadium.
Does the stadium offer an audio commentary service?
To support fans who might be blind or partially sighted or require audio assistance to follow the game, the Club currently offers audio commentary.
Audio Descriptive Commentary is offered free of charge and can be booked by emailing [email protected] or via the club ticket office; stewards will deliver the audio device. Please be aware that supporters will need to provide their own headphone/earphones with a 3mm jack.
Is there a Sensory Room at the stadium?
There is currently no sensory room available at The City Ground.
Is there a quiet room I can access during the game?
There is no quiet room in the stadium but if you require any assistance during your visit please speak to a member of the stewarding team.
Can I store my wheelchair at the stadium?
Please note that there is no space to store a personal wheelchair in the stadium.
Can I bring my assistance dog?
Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are permitted within the Stadium Bowl; however, we recommend that visitors with Guide Dogs/Assistance Dogs contact us directly on 0115 982 4388 or by email on [email protected] before attending the match so that we can discuss access to the Ground and the welfare of the Guide Dog/Assistance Dog before, during and after the event.
Food & Drink
There are a range of food and drink facilities available. There are a number of food and drink kiosks available around the stadium, with a wide range of options on offer (including vegetarian and vegan options) as well as both alcoholic and soft drinks.
- There is not a low section at the food and drink counter(s).
- There is not a hearing assistance system at the food and drink counter(s).
- There is a steward available to provide assistance with ordering food and drink.
- The Wellbeing Team can assist in taking food and drink to the designated seating area(s).
Match Day Support
There are Welfare Officers at the stadium to support spectators 3 hours prior to kick off and are on hand to help with any match day support.
Whether supporters need directions, information on accessibility, contact details or just a safe space to come to, the Welfare officers are on hand. The Welfare Officers are also out and about on foot around the ground wearing pink tabards to help them stand out in crowds.
Matchday support times:
- 1hr 30 mins before kick off
- During the duration of the match
- 20 minutes after final whistle
Bag policy
Can I bring a bag into the stadium?
Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks, or other similar items of any size, large or small, will not be allowed into the stadium. Small handheld bags, no larger than A4 size (12”x8”x3”) will be accepted and only one bag per person is allowed.
Ticketing
Where are the wheelchair access tickets located in the stadium?
Wheelchair users are accommodated in the Brian Clough Stand, Trent End and Bridgeford Stand, which allows for the personal assistant to sit behind them.
Where are the ambulant / easy access tickets located?
These will be located in the lower tier of The Brian Clough Stand, Main Stand and Trent End.
Where is the ticket office located?
The ticket office is location on Pavilion Road next to the retail store.
Where are the Accessible Entrances?
Accessible entrances are located in each stand, and there is an additional accessible entrance at the Bridgford Stand, near turnstiles 57-59. If you are unsure where to go, please locate a steward or a member of the Welfare Team and they will guide you in the correct direction.
