Capital Summertime Ball 2026 - Frequently Asked Questions

Tickets

If you purchased your tickets directly through Wembley Stadium, tickets will be sent to the email address used at the time of booking. Please monitor your inbox, including your junk/spam folder, as the event approaches.

If you purchased your tickets through AXS or another ticketing provider, please contact them directly regarding ticket delivery, as they will be best placed to assist with any queries relating to your tickets.


Bag Policy

Bags are strictly limited to one per person and must not be larger than A4 size:

• Height: 297mm (11.7 inches)
• Width: 210mm (8.27 inches)
• Depth: 210mm (8.27 inches)

Can I Bring Suncream?

Yes. Suncream is permitted inside the event provided it is:

• In a plastic bottle only
• 200ml or smaller
• Not contained within a metal or pressurised canister


Can I Bring My Own Food to Wembley Stadium?

Visitors are not permitted to bring food into the Stadium. There is an extensive range of food and drink available to purchase inside the venue.

Guests with a medical requirement relating to food should apply for a Medical Exemption Certificate in advance of the event. Further information can be found here


What Time Does the Summertime Ball Start and Finish?

• General admission doors open: 1:30pm
• Event starts: 3:30pm
• Event finishes: Approximately 10:00pm

Please note that all timings are subject to change.


What Time Is Last Entry?

There is no last entry time for Capital's Summertime Ball. However, we recommend arriving as close to 1:30pm as possible to allow sufficient time to enter the stadium and enjoy the full event experience.


Key Age Information

• Children under 5 years old are not permitted to attend the event.

• Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, who is responsible for them at all times whilst within the Stadium.

• Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the Pitch, Golden Circles or Ball Zones. Please note that these are all standing areas.
